Carrasco returned to the path of triumph in MLB

After being beaten in his return to the Major Leagues after an injury, Carlos Carrasco he picked up his first win of the 2023 MLB season, in the New York Mets’ 10-1 rout of the Chicago Cubs.

The criollo worked six and two-thirds innings, in which he allowed five hits, a run resulting from a home run, awarded two tickets and struck out four batters.

Dansby Swanson hit a solo home run in the bottom of the first inning, but that didn’t stop the “Cookie” from having a great start.

Carrasco lowered his ERA to 6.75 and left his record at one win and two losses.

In this same game, Francisco Alvarez went 2-5 with a run scored.

The defeat went to the American Kyle Hendricks.
